Welcome to ShapeShifter Lab, the home of ShapeShifter Plus. We’re excited to host you, whether you’re performing, attending, or celebrating something special. To help keep the experience smooth and respectful for everyone, please take a moment to review our policies below.
All ticket sales are final.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is officially canceled by ShapeShifter Lab or the presenting artist.
Rescheduled Events:
Tickets will automatically transfer to the new date. If you can’t make the rescheduled show, reach out — we’ll try to help, but credits are not guaranteed.
Canceled Events:
You’ll be notified and offered a full refund or credit toward another performance.
Third-Party Ticketing:
If your ticket was purchased through a third-party platform (like Eventbrite), their policies may also apply.
Doors & Entry:
If you’re attending a concert, doors typically open 30 minutes before showtime. All seating is general admission unless otherwise noted. Early arrival is recommended.
No Smoking or Vaping:
Smoking, vaping, or use of e-cigarettes is not allowed inside the venue or at the entrance. Please step away from the building if you need to smoke.
No Pets Allowed (Service Animals Welcome):
Only trained service animals are permitted. Emotional support animals or pets are not allowed.
All Ages (Usually):
Most events are all ages unless specified. Children under 16 must be with an adult. Some shows may have age restrictions — check individual event listings.
No Outside Food or Drink:
We’re a licensed bar and operate a café when there’s an event. Outside beverages or food are not allowed unless previously arranged for a private event.
Respect the Artists & Audience:
Please silence phones and minimize disruptions during performances. Loud conversations or phone use during shows may result in a gentle reminder (or removal if it continues).
Photography & Recording:
Professional photography, videography, and recording are not permitted unless arranged in advance with the artist or venue. Casual phone photos are fine as long as they’re non-disruptive (no flash, please).
Lost & Found:
Forgot something? Email us at info@shapeshifterlab.com with a description, and we’ll do our best to get it back to you.
Items not claimed within one week of being found will be responsibly discarded.
Our space is ADA-compliant and fully accessible on the ground floor, including one ADA restroom. If you need special accommodations, let us know ahead of time — we’re here to help.
