Seasoned and dynamic instructor Lara Warren invites you to reconnect with your practice and explore new depths in her weekly classes and immersive monthly workshops!
In this class, through the practice of fundamental yoga postures (including standing poses, seated poses, twists, forward bending, inversions, and restorative poses) the essential actions and organizing principles of Iyengar Yoga are introduced and refined.
Expect to develop your strength, stamina, coordination, flexibility and ability to relax. Students with injuries are easily accommodated, and more importantly, are taught how to work with their specific physical challenges and adapt poses accordingly.
