β€‹β€‹πŸ“£ How to Sign Up
Register on Luma or walk in. Credit card at door. BYOM or rent one for $5.

β€‹β€‹β€‹πŸ“ Where & When
Doors at 6:30. We ease in with music and socializing, practice starts around 6:45 and runs about an hour. Live jazz follows.

β€‹β€‹β€‹πŸŒΏ What to Expect
We’re a club, not a class. Come as you are, say hello to the people around you, and settle in.

Our Vinyasa practice is for all levels and run about an hour. Expect to move and breath through an energizing set of standing postures and rejuvenating poses on the floor.

We understand that life happens. Sometimes that means showing up late, in your pjs, or both. We leave some time at the beginning of our meetings to ease in and socialize.

β€‹β€‹β€‹πŸŽ· After Yoga
Stick around. Live jazz downstairs, cash bar, snacks to enjoy.
