We invite you to a birthday celebration of Django Reinhardt featuring Franglais, Petite Fleur, and Djangoland! Three bands influenced by Django’s music in different ways, followed by a short jam session. Celebrate in vintage style and enjoy an evening of incredible live music.
Franglais is a relentlessly creative yet deeply rooted Gypsy jazz band, recognized as one of the most dynamic and engaging ensembles of its kind in the United States. We invited a few friends to celebrate Django Reinhardt’s birthday!
- Petite Fleur from Baltimore, MD features renowned guitarists Sami Arefin and Christie MacDonald.
- Djangoland is an experiment in bringing Django-style music to a “NY” style ensemble.
