β€‹β€‹β€‹πŸ“ Where & When
Time: Doors open at 6:30 PM. The meeting begins once the room fills, usually about 15–20 minutes after. The yoga practice runs for about one hour. Live jazz schmooze follows.

β€‹β€‹β€‹πŸŒΏ What to Expect
We’re a club, not a class. Come as you are, say hello to the people around you, and settle in.

Our Vinyasa Refresh meetings are for all levels and run about an hour. Expect to move and breath through an energizing set of standing postures and rejuvenating poses on the floor.

We understand that life happens. Sometimes that means showing up late, in your pjs, or both. We leave some time at the beginning of our meetings to ease in and socialize.

β€‹β€‹β€‹πŸŽ· After Yoga
Stick around. There will be live jazz downstairs and a cash bar with snacks for us to enjoy after practice.
