In this season of transition, find some nourishment for yourself in an evening focused on connecting deeply with your body through the meditative practice of Yin yoga. Concentrating on the deeper tissues of the body, we will spend our time together holding various poses for lengthened periods of time, using our breath as the mind’s anchor. Through this process we are able to release stagnant energy held in the tissues and create space for the places we tend to overlook. The class will open with a short meditation and close with an invitation to receive healing and restorative touch.
