Seasoned and dynamic instructor Lara Warren invites you to reconnect with your practice and explore new depths in her weekly classes and immersive monthly workshops!

This mixed level Iyengar Yoga class is designed for you to explore more complex poses and to dive deeper into your practice. You will observe the subtle connections in the body, and the role of the breath and mind in refining our actions and experiences within the asanas.

Expect to learn the difference between healthy and unhealthy will power, that in turn supports remaining in the asanas longer and with ease.

Age Group: Adult

Class Length: 90 min.

Level: Mixed

Please Note:

• Doors open 15 min before class.
• Wear comfy, easy to move in clothing.
• Changing space is limited.
• Bring your own mat, optional.
• Be prepared to remove shoes when entering studio.
