About Class:
Hey Namaste! This inclusive ‘mommy and me’ class is open to All Abilities! Each session is a unique adventure, blending the physical benefits of creative yoga poses with engaging themes and the thrill of imaginative play!
Children can roam and explore as they wish. There are breaks and a flexible structure. Yoga & Play is a wonderful way for kiddos to socialize, stay cool and discover their inner calm, all while having a blast!
