She uses her voice combined with a myriad of instruments: from Alchemy Crystal Bowls\, to different gongs\, drums and more\, creating a soothing soundscape that deeply relaxes and resets your nervous system. \nDan Sohval came to yoga seeking ways to build inner discipline and mental balance. He is the founder of Yoga Club\, which has grown to over 1500 members since launching in 2025. A lifelong educator\, he brings to his instruction the same humor and curiosity that guides his teaching in the classroom. He received his 200-hour certification at VeraYoga with additional training in yin and trauma-informed practices. With so many gifted and talented members\, creating this series was a natural decision and a no-brainer. The baton of music and performance curation was passed on to Ludovica and Alexis by Beverly Grant—a great artist and long-time member since the inception of the Food Coop. Beverly is an artist\, photographer\, singer-songwriter\, composer\, and activist who has greatly contributed to our community. \nJason Weiner and the membership staff have played a key role in bringing this event to life. We thank them for sharing the same joy and respect for the arts\, which enriches all walks of life. Before the shutdown\, this concert series was a crucial and pinnacle way of bringing us closer together as a community that truly cares about the world around us. Art\, in every aspect of our human experience\, is a life-healing force. Alexis Cuadrado and Ludovica Burtone are both professional musicians\, composers\, producers\, and educators. They have expanded the vision of the curation to create a platform for freedom of expression for all. Ideal for beginners and experienced yogis. We mean it!! \n​​​📣 How to Sign Up\nRegister on Luma or walk in. Credit card at door. BYOM or rent one for $5. \n​​​​📍 Where & When\nDoors at 6:30. We ease in with music and socializing\, practice starts around 6:45 and runs about an hour. Live jazz follows. \n​​​​🌿 What to Expect\nWe’re a club\, not a class. Come as you are\, say hello to the people around you\, and settle in. \n​​​Our Vinyasa practice is for all levels and run about an hour. Expect to move and breath through an energizing set of standing postures and rejuvenating poses on the floor. \n​​​We understand that life happens. Sometimes that means showing up late\, in your pjs\, or both. We leave some time at the beginning of our meetings to ease in and socialize. \n​​​​🎷 After Yoga\nStick around. Live jazz downstairs\, cash bar\, snacks to enjoy. \n​​⭐ Our Instructor\nDan Sohval came to yoga seeking ways to build inner discipline and mental balance. He is the founder of Yoga Club\, which has grown to over 1500 members since launching in 2025. A lifelong educator\, he brings to his instruction the same humor and curiosity that guides his teaching in the classroom. He received his 200-hour certification at VeraYoga with additional training in yin and trauma-informed practices.
