In 2023\, they invited American drum phenomenon Jeff “Tain” Watts to join them for a European tour\, culminating in the album WAW! (HobbyHorse Records\, June 2024). This album captures the trio’s energy and unique synergy.\n\n“The music evolves constantly when the three of us play together. He has won multiple Grammy Awards\, including two with the Branford Marsalis Quartet\, three with Wynton Marsalis\, one with Harry Connick Jr.\, one with the Mingus Big Band\, and two with the Metropolitan Opera.\n\nCarl Winther: Carl is highly regarded as one of the most talented and innovative jazz pianists of his generation\, earning recognition both in Denmark and internationally.
