DESCRIPTION:Technology And Bones is the solo project of bass trombone player Alix Tucou. \n“Technology And Bones is a music project that mixes sounds from everyday life\, music production and improvisation with my main instrument\, the bass trombone…a kind of crossroad between pure Music composition and sound design with the will to make any listener dive deeply  into this universe of sounds” \nYRB Magazine Itw 2021 https://yrbmag.com/feature-technology-and-bones-portraits-interview/ \nWith his second albums “Portraits” He initiated research about the links between  Visual Arts and Music through Bass Trombone improvisation and sound design. \nThe perspective of finding an idiomatic link between both appeared when he started composing “Portraits” and he found an endless source of musical inspiration through the spectrum of visual artists and Contemporary Art. \nIt appeared to him very interesting to try to create a musical imaginative painting representing the work of a visual artist or the visual artist itself. \n\n\n\nHe will be premiering in exclusivity at ShapeShifter Lab his new compositions from his upcoming album “Music On Canvas” that portrays great Masters of Visual Arts such as Paul Cézanne\, René Magritte\, Cy Twombly\, Janis Kounellis\, Hilma af Klint\, Niki de Saint Phalle\, Alberto Burri\, Yves Klein.
