Antiquity quintet is a band formed on 2021 by Eduardo Rodriguez inspired in the album Antiquity recorded by Jackie McLean and Michael Carvin in 1974. This idea was shaped in conversations that Eduardo and his mentor Michael Carvin had about this record. Rodriguez wrote some arrangements of the material from the iconic record and original compositions inspired on it as well.
